Every time I try to access any of the articles in the sticky folder for the 90 series I get this message :

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mysql_connect() in /var/www/vhosts/landcruiserclub.net/httpdocs/vBtoXF.php:25 Stack trace: #0 /var/www/vhosts/landcruiserclub.net/httpdocs/vBtoXF.php(37): GetConn() #1 {main} thrown in /var/www/vhosts/landcruiserclub.net/httpdocs/vBtoXF.php on line 25

Is there something wrong with the site or am I doing something wrong ??

No there is something wrong. I have alerted Crispin. I couldn't get in there a couple of weeks ago

Hellooooo .............. is there anybody there ???? A month now and still not available and no indication its being worked on. Must admit to being a bit disappointed

I did ask. It's on the list of work. It's down to a missing file in the upgrade. There is only one person who can fix this and he has other things to do but he DOES know. It will be fixed when he fixes it.

Thank you for your kind response - I first made the request a month ago and have heard nothing from Crispin per your reply.

I have paid for premium support - maybe I won't bother renewing . Cheek ??? - and your response is civil I suppose - but it got your attention.

Best you keep your forum and your bolshy attitude

Paid for premium support? You mean paid to not have adverts. Eveyone gets the same on this forum run by members for members. No one gets paid to keep it running. I appreciate it's very very annoying to not have the stickies, but your approach ain't goning to get it fixed any faster.

It got my attention because I am an unpaid moderator and I read every single thread every single day to make sure people are behaving. How esle do you think I found your disrespectful missive?

If you're checking all the posts then maybe you could have given a response to my request for an update on 13th June - but that was completely ignored - a simple reply indicating it was being dealt with would probably have avoided my "cheek" .
Not for one minute do I think or expect I will get a fix any quicker but it would be nice to know if it was still ongoing rather than being completely ignored - but your forum your rules - bye bye

Well thank you for you many valuable contributions to the forum John.

Good luck.
