Chassis Strut to Axle Broken - pics - how bad?

I deleted the pics from 2 years ago.
The inner sills, no idea of oem pieces involved, as said, body shop made them and in one length.
The length on the aftermarket one in your link, is about right for 120, just cut it to suit for 125.
I guess that's why they say it suits both.
There was obviously a reason why the body shop used a T piece, rather than a straight cut off on the sill, but I couldn't say why, - structural ? I just went with his recommendations, wanting a good, proper job for a keeper.
Mine started off with a hole on inner sill one side after nudging the step, and during prep work the original steel was found to be wafer thin and brittle, same on investigation with other side.
As work progressed, as is always the way with rust, that had also progressed inside between the inner and outer sills and under the long plastic cover moulding on the outer sills.
Looking at the body exterior before hand, it looked as if nothing was wrong, I was lucky rust/rot hadn't got to the floor or the front and rear wheel arches.
