You need to Edit global settings, so it shows DST not UTC

Yup - It's a pretty daft thing really.
As Steve said, you have to set it in your own properties. The idea is that we not all in the same country. The US went into Summer time a few weeks ago so who would be right then?
The time is correct for guests (i.e. BST) but for those of use logged in, it is based on our current settings.
There is a way I can fix this which I might look into but the reasons it seems "incorrect" are valid for the most part.
