Colorado GX 1997 Clutch replacement Warrington area....

Hi all. my Landcruiser judders a bit when setting off in first and the clutch pedal "bite" indicates a worn clutch.... It is too big a job for me to tackle so I am looking for a recommended garage in the Warrington/ St Helens area and maybe some idea of likely costs for labour... I assume the oem clutch is the one to choose? (Aisin?) I would guess it would be about 4 hours work? Anyone had it done recently?
