Dashboard message when selecting L4.

Ok, might be my lack of observation, but was playing about with the truck in the paddock yesterday - put the transfer lever in to L4 with the gearbox in Park, I had a little red message appear on the dash - A/T P

As it was in red thought id better check if its correct - its a different light to the A/T warning light.

Normal?

I haven't checked my manual but IIRC it says that you should be in Neutral, when changing H to L etc.

This light only comes on when I select park, it looks like some sort of warning light to tell me I'm in park (wouldve thought the lack of forward motion when applying the accelerator wouldve told me that!). Only in L4, doesnt happen in H4 or H.

It's supposed to come on when selecting Park with the H/L lever in Neutral, to inform you that the Park won't work.
