Is there somewhere trusty online that I can check if my email address has been hacked and whether or not my personal data has been breached by a company I deal with? I'm just doing a bit of preventative maintenance if you like. don't want to go straight online, I might get robbed lol.

I don't know whether there is such a place, but you can make a request of that company under the GDP Regs for information they hold about you and then request they delete it.
