I had a case which ended up being some Chinese student who sent me a micro memory stick holder, worth a few cents, instead of a robotic vacuum cleaner! Too ages but PP did sort it put in the end. Talk about item not described! But it's a clever trick as you did receive something - so it gets all complicated. Anyway, I'm sure you'll come right
