Fifth door, external handle

The fifth door, external handle has broken off. Anyone know of a place to find a replacement? I live in Nicaragua so it will need to be someone who ships internationally.

Possibly 69090 - Handle back door outside. Mine has also started to break up (the plastic covering to the metal handle). For shipping I would suggest from the US would be best - I would expect the part to be common with the Lexus. Might be worth posting a question on IH8MUD as there are a few people on there who get hold of parts.
