FJ105 the 1HZ engine (non turbo diesel engine) will overheat

On my 2006 toyota land cruiser fj 105, the 1HZ engine (non turbo diesel engine) will overheat (near the red line) when driving over 130 km or go uphill road,can any one please tll me what cause this engine overheat?

1. Blocked radiator. External and/or internal.
and/or
2. Faulty thermostat.
and/or
3. Faulty sender unit/gauge.

That's if you have no other symptoms like using water, rough idle etc.
