hi all, just remembered I didn’t introduce myself,
My name is Noel, from the North west of Ireland, bought my first 80 just before lock down off e bay with some sketchy pictures.Hoping to use it as my run around, have a 13 Ford ranger and getting fed up of egr and dpd issues from lack of use. Just started restoring it and have found I need some very hard found panels.! Hopefully somebody on here can help and advise. Always loved the 80 series growing up , they are like a grown ups tonka truck!

Great to have a lift for work like this. I would love to do a body off refresh of mine, but that requires investing in a lift for the shed.. or paying someone else..

My advise is invest. I bought the lift few years ago and it’s the best €1600 I ever spent, I work as a plant fitter and I even bring vans home from work to do work on them.
ah I love hardship so they keep Tellin me!!

My thing is I'm not doing enough to justify it. I mainly work on tractors so no lift needed. Look forward to seeing the progress on this.

Ah I know I was the same and then a fella told me they are worth it even if only for your own cars and he was right.
