Front and rear bumper recommendations?

I want to fit metal bumpers/bars front and rear. Do any of you have recommendations for front and rear bumpers, the rear having a wheel carrier. Must be available in the UK. ARB seem nice but £1300 each is a bit painful.

If you can lose the vehicle for a week or so a welder/fabricator might take a cash job on for some extra wonga after hours, probably best if you can find someone local, show him some pics of what you want and be around regularly to approve and/or ask for alterations as things progress.

Check out AFN in Portugal. They make steel bumpers for a range of 4X4's. I bought one direct from them 3 years ago.

Another Bumper supplier is a Polish company called MorE4X4.

As OP says, must be available in UK.
I suspect the main reasons being shipping costs and any extra vat/taxes that may be added on entry to the UK. Certainly adds to overall costs.
Quality control can be an issue too, and is surely better from someone like Ryan who is known on here.
