Fuel Seals and Injector seats

Folks Im looking at buying a 2007 onwards Land Cruiser 5 door Sorry I dont know weather its an 80 100 series etc??

I have read that the d4d engines seem to have a habit of letting fuel into the sump via duff injector seals etc.

What is the story with these?

It sounds like you are taking about the 120 Series Landcruiser. Use the advanced search, top right of the screen and type in "120 injector seals"

This will bring up lots of threads, focus on the 120 threads and there is loads of info to help your research. Hope that helps.

I just bought a 55 plate D4D 120 series and that had been recalled to change the seals in 2012
