Gear box rattle at idle rpm?

I need some advice on my Land Cruiser 80 auto. I have a new problem with what appears to be a gear box rattle when the car is stationary and at idle. As soon as the revs are increased the rattle stops. Any suggestions please .

​Yes Mate, where the shift stick leaves the box and goes up towards the shift handle, there is a little cross bar that is made of alloy that is about 30mm long and runs longitudinal, get a small screw driver under the bar and give it just a poofteenth of upward pressure and that will stop your rattle .Worked for me
