Gearbox additive

Hi,
Following on from Lubo's gearbox question, my 'box is also very stubborn when cold. Jon mentioned putting some additive in to help things along. Any recommendations as to which additive?
Thanks

SNIP..
Ian, its a very subjective topic with a lot of varied opinions,
almost as much as fuel additives !
To make it more slippery inside I have used Slick50 with good effect,
and I am sure it changed gear more easily.
To make you feel better inside, in that it has a good penetrative
ingredient ensuring that there is a constant film inside, especially
the synchro rings. I have used Wynns or STP, feeling that it improved
very ordinary gear oil made in a one horse town in Serbia !
To make-up wear in older boxes the trade still swears by molyslip
type additives, though molybdenum disulphide can become colloidal, so
best only used in plain boxes with no ancillary pumps etc. (I would
not use it in my boat gearbox for instance).
But its all down to personal opinion in the end.
