Sorry for asking again but, just to
clarify

You got a UK roadworthy, AKA MOT with that bullbar and fittings?

I had a Defender last year I put through an MOT with an ARB Deluxe bar, as long as you have a winch your good. Also, most Aus 4wd's come with these bumpers out the factory so they by law can't fail with those fitted.

I don't have a winch, not had a mot problem with a tjm front (?)

Yep correct an mot with no issues at all, and also declared on insurance with no issues. Think there's alot of unclear information in regards to bull bars in the uk as they're not actually strictly illegal/ forbidden. I can't remember fully as its been a while since i researched it but I think its more for new cars specifically a bull bar fitted has to be compliant with the safety standards and be airbag compatible.
As for my vehicle for example on importing because its over a certain age, it didn't require vehicle approval(eu crash safety and emissions etc), and has no airbags anyway.
There's more to it than that im sure but that's a basic understanding i have anyways.
