A High Court judge has halted the extradition of Abu Hamza al-Masri to the US on terror charges after the cleric launched a last-ditch appeal.

The best thing Cameron could do and the thing that would win him more votes than anything else would be to completely ignore this ruling and order that he is driven to Heathrow this evening and escorted to the states

or even let the yanks send a drone for him, perhaps they could find a suitable target to launch him at

Via Gitmo - oh, wait - he's 'innocent' ... :eusa-naughty: :icon-twisted:
I think not :eusa-snooty:

Hope he's spent some time learning to be a free-diver so he can hold his breath for more than a minute or so :shh:

I would like to know why the delay in putting him on the plane. What was the reason? It was obvious this would happen. Why not have a plane idling (it would cost less in wasted fuel than it does to keep him here) and the second it is said he must go, bundling him on the plane.
We could purchase a second hand plane from some African or ex-eastern-block country somewhere with no service history. Would be ideal...

However much we dislike this sort of person the law supposedly exists to protect us all.

I'd love to meet this man "at work"!

I'm sure the law exists to protect 'some of us' but certainly not joe public.

Cue more bills in the form of NHS receipts.

Sadly, if a country (government) leave's itself open to being raped like this, then it must not be surprised or upset when it happens.

We're too bloody soft in this country. :x

bunch of do-gooders and fat lawyers getting fatter on legal aid.

He has cost the tax payer £3M so far.

He, along with his thieving, scamming, violent sons (5 of the 7), should be should be loaded into a container a dumped on a remote uninhabited island somewhere.

Who's got the keys to the plane? Shall we hurry the f**k up this time?
I would give up my seat tomorrow morning for him. Nice offer?

lets hope they take him to the airport in Land Cruiser, and not a Land Rover,,,,,,,,,,

Gra.

Full High Court Judgement HERE.

Got my fingers crossed and hope he doesn't have a sick cat that needs looking after that will halt extradition.

Just for the record, this ex-eastern bloc country has a very good national airline with an impecable service history...
...it's also not very sympathetic to terrorists... thankfully...

He has gone! what a process! I hope he enjoys his stay in America - not.

I must admit I'm surprised at the level of popular hate aginst Abu Hamza in the UK .Here in Spain despite almost 200 people dying in a single terrorist attack most people don't express so much personal animosity.Having said that the hateful bigotry that he espouses dose not exactly endear him to us.Lawyers filling there boots is another concern but as anyone who has looked for justice will tell you ,better have deep pockets & a good dose of luck on your side. My main concern here is how the British press can whip up so much hate.
