I have had an HJ61 in storage for a few years and now have the time to get it back on the road.
It is 89 HJ61 with 12HT engine, automatic (Yeah I know it's not the best but I'm old and it works well!).
I have a little body work to rectify but otherwise the mechanics are all fine or can be replaced easily .
There is minor rust in some body panels and the majority can be fixed at the body shop, however the drivers door has significant rust damage and would be better to replace.
My question is around compatibility of the HJ60 body panels, for instance can I replace my rusted drivers door with one from an HJ60?
As I get into this restoration I will obviously be asking a lot more questions, what to repair, what to upgrade etc.
