Jumpy 200

Hello everyone. I have a JDM 2008 land cruiser 200 series (AXG) with the 4.7L 2UZ engine. It’s done about a 100k miles and generally in very good condition. Although the roads in Pakistan are a bit bumpy to begin with but I’ve noticed that recently the car has become a bit jumpy/bouncy, it’s not very smooth and doesn’t soak the bumps very well, feels a bit jittery (if that makes sense). It doesn’t have the air suspension option and comes with the standard suspension coupled with the KDSS. Any idea what might be causing the issue?

I got a LC200 recently. I noticed the ride changes with tyre type and air pressure. I changed all 4 tyres to Geolander AT. After getting them changed garage filled em up at 3.3 and reset TPMS to that level. Ride was jittery. I changed pressure to 2.4 as per owner manual and the ride is soft now but the low pressure warning came up. I might ve to reset it again.
there are few videos on you tube mentioning actuators and bumpy ride. Worth checking em n forums here
