Kzj95 auto loss of drive

So after losing drive in my kzj95 from the auto box and having water/coolant in the atf and atf in the water/coolant. I have replaced the radiator and flushed out the atf........ Nearly 13ltrs later then dropped the sump replaced the filter and added another 2.5ltrs of atf and have managed to save a very expensive rebuild.. The outlay of less than £200 was very satisfying

You were lucky though (in your bad luck) because sometimes the leak of water into the ATF can be very small and unnoticeable, yet over time, it does its damage.
