Lc100 roof rails

hi guys can any one tell me how to remove my rails from the roof of my car -and im looking for a roof rack ,looked at hannibal ,arb and gobi any feedback mutch appriciated cheers -pete

if you pop the plastic covers off the 'legs' you'll see the bolts to undo to remove the bars. The holes go through into the car so seal them up again.

Thanks JON ,i gently levered them off and broke one of the front ones- it has to go straght forward DOOO!!
