LJ70 Glow Plug Wiring

Can anyone help with details of the Glow Plug wiring. My LJ70 does not like starting in this cold weather. I have removed and checked the glowplugs, they are OK. The warning light only stays on for a short time. I found the timer relay today and that is working correctly but it is not directly connected to the plugs. Having removed all the relays under the bonnet that I can find I still can't find the other one in the circuit? Next step is to remove the outerclasing of the wiring loom to trace the wires but I would rather not. The manual I have is very vague about this area so not alot of use.
Thanks
Dave

The glow plug relay should be connected to the plugs, there is a cable
connection where it connects to the timer wire but they go to the
plugs together. There is another relay on European models for after
glow, this is connected through a resister to the plugs. Does the
engine not start, or start and then falter?
Regards, Clive.

Sorry David, just got back to this. I can't help there as I have not
had a problem with the 70. Both the books I have for it are vague.
Regards, Clive.
