can anyone tell me the length of available loadbed with the rear seat in place

yes mate, but it's 200 miles away so I can't measure it myself.

1150 mm from the base of the rear seat to the tailgate, this decreases to 1040 at the top of the bottom tailgate as the rear seats lean back.
