Well everyone knows nothing drives quite like a service loan car......

Add in an icy roundabout, a customer, a lamp post.... you get the idea

One of the head lights is on the front seat (what's left of it) the right chassis leg is bent inwards, radiators etc buried into the engine, possible turbo/engine damage, subframe, steering and suspension not pretty.

Car will most likely get written off as we can't sell it on after that kind of repair.

Is that insured under the driver's insurance, or does the dealership self insure?

It's on our insurance with a £1000 excess. We do offer a £50 excess which there's a fee of £15, they didn't want to pay the fee!!!!
Was cheeky enough to ask for another car and pay the fee
We declined and gave them a lift.
