MEMFAST Rivinut, Incredible!

I contacted memfast on saturday by email (bank hol weekend) & didnt expect a reply till after the holiday, about a spare part for my rivinut kit bought over 18 months ago.
I asked for the best way to pay for the part.

They replied te same day saying they would put a new set in the post to me on Tuesday free of charge.
Today, Wednesday, a COMPLETE new kit, carrycase an all turned up completely FOC

Now thats service!!

Memfast, they are the dogs danglies, they did exactly the same for me a few months back when through sheer hamfistedness I broke a part.

used mine again this evening, brilliant gadget, wish i had bought it a few years ago!

Yep, me too. The nut driver on the small size stripped first time I used it. They sent me a whole new set. They had some issues with the earlier material and people who bought those seem to get them replaced. Now have plenty of spare parts.

Well if they are that good, I would buy a tool off them, just because they are good.
Even if I didn't really, really need the tool.
