Mx Tyre Size 80 series standard

Hi Guys. Urgently need to replace my tires as mot coming up and will fail. Would like to put some Coopers on 285/75/16 but am concerned they will catch on the arches as my cruiser is factory standard, no lift or mods. Currently have 275/75/16 on it. Asked Toyota and they say Sorry cant help!

I have had both Yokohama and BF M/T 285/75/16 on my 80 with standard suspension with no issues.

What truck you looking at fitting them to?

Great thank you too Dylan. I have a 1997 4.2 VX manual. My mate in Australia is on ih8mud and he says the same as u guys. There were 2 guys that said they had a little bit of catching but only at max steering point. So am gonna go me some new treads for my cruiser! Cheers.

Put a set of 30mm wheel spacers on or adjust the turn stop on the back of the knuckle so it cant reach the touch point. where there is an MOT there is always a shortcut..
