Yes it is. I've not come across the product you have bought, however
know of other products that people use successfully with their 100s.
Do you have a full service manual (available from dealer) - this is
pretty handy when you start delving in to the ODB port.
Probably the old Toyota diagnosics connector - certainly on the
80series the diagnostic port is on the firewall by the fuel filter and
aerial. Generally used for getting out diagnostic codes for things
like ABS, Auto box, etc
