OPTIMA Batteries - 2 year guarantee???

I need advice please.

Bought my truck from a nice fellow in Yorkshire January 2011.

He had 2 new Optima Red Tops and 1 new Optima Yellow Top supplied from a 4x4 Overland Outfitter - will remain anonymous for the moment

These are still in warranty!

These batteries especially the Yellow Top does not seem to hold charge. The Yellow one is to say the least rubbish.

Has anyone ever claimed warranty on these batteries?
What is the best way to go about it?

Have you contacted the company yet, I would get in touch and ask them first. failing that, look up optima suppliers on the web, if you have the original invoice, cannot see it being much of a hassle.
