Just looking at this again.

The booking form and info States a few things they would like to see etc on a club stand.
Photos and an info board etc.
Also, they would like the clubs to have a theme.
I expect the theme would be the forum its self maybe?
I'll look into having a flag made this time as I remember it being mentioned before.

If we can start a list of definates for the camping that would be great. From what I can see one day visitors won't be allowed to the group pitch in cars.

If we can just copy and paste your name who's camping that would be good.
