does anyone know the part number for the front UJ on the rear shaft ...

04371-36030 is the part number for Universal joints. This part number replaces 04371-36020 and 04371-36021. You could just go to your local auto parts store and request them. That is what I did when I replaced my U-joints. If you want original Toyota U-joints you can order them from this link.
