Passenger seat and drivers seat interchangeable?

Drivers seat has finally given up the ghost and has no support in the upper left shoulder area. Will be buying a second hand seat but until then, can I just swap the passenger seat with the broken drivers seat? Stuck at work this morning and cant get at the car to see if the mounts are the same.

Almost certainly not but you may get away with swapping the seat backs .
