Please help ID a part.

as you can see I have a rusted part, several around this old guy. Looks as though a vacume hose with a t-adapter was attached.
This is on the drivers side. Left side of photo is front of LC.

I wouldn't be too fussed about reconnecting it. It's not really needed strictly speaking.
