Not much to say other than it was hot and dusty.

and then I slide it into a ditch and ripped the valve out of the tyre. Doh.

Ooooh, nasty, but it could have been a lot worse!

BTW, I've been using these for 7 years, ever since I ripped a valve stem off in the forest. I don't know why the link pasted at the beginning of the post, should have been at the end.

I always have short valve stems fitted and have never managed to rip one off.

Well the moral of the story is if you dont like a bit of lean angle dont drive with your knees whilst eating peanuts.

It would have driven out as it was if it wasnt for the flat tyre. After a slow and hot wheel change we were back on our way.
