Rattling sound on acceleration

Hi there,

On tight cornering on tarmac you will get wind up on the transfer box when 50/50 is engaged even worse if you have different size tyres front to rear ie new ones on the front and worn ones on the rear or vice versa.
As for the rattle if a slight tinny one then may be disc back plate or pads rattling. If a heavier one the could be the exhaust but if you said that it got worse when the diff is locked then I would go for shafts or U/Js, engine and gear box mounts could have gone alowing the engine to twist.

the front tyres are more worn than the rears, but would this wind up cause a rotating rattle/knock so bad you can feel the wheel 'choking'?
