Rear bumper removal

Hi guys I'm a newbie from other side, love this forum and would like to ask how to remove the plastic part of the rear bumper of the 100 series so I can get busy with the wire brush on the rust this weekend.

Did this last year, let's see if remember all the steps...
2-3 screws at each mud-flap.
Along the bottom edge, there are 3 or 4 tabs going through some metal part, with a screw through each tab.
That's about it, iirc. Flip it out at the bottom a bit and lift it off the metal support which is sitting atop the rear crossmember.
Does this make sense? Took about 15 minutes, iirc.
