Hi everyone, might be a stupid question but I'm curios is anyone's rear door you need to slam it hard for it to close, if i close it like anyone normally would close a door it won't close, i need to slam it for it to close. anyone know why this happens? do i need to change the latching?

Another thing is the stay sub assy is not locking for me, everytime i need to take stuff out the back, the door would squeeze me. photo attached is the stay sub-assy that is not locking.

tried to find similar problems on this forum and other forums to no luck.

Hinge pins wear out and can be replaced . If you have been slamming the door shut for a while its worth checking how tight the lock catch is on both door and body .

okay thanks so much, been slamming the door shut for a year now.

Stay/locking assembly looks similar to my 120, and there's a bit of a knack to it with fingers while moving the door slightly to engage, same to disengage. The instructions on the yellow label don't tell you to move the door slightly, as it's a manual engage/disengage.
As regards the door not shutting without a slam, try removing the stay/locking assembly and se if it makes any difference. Keep it greased.
