Hi all

im going crazy here what i need to know is How on earth do you get the rear sliding windows out need new rubber all decayed worn out. also got slight bit of rust will get that done straight away at same time.
any got videos of it.

where can i buy new rubber seal for round window.
i have an 1ht-d 4.2 turbo diesel

But seriously, you don't need all those tools or all that time and faffing about.

I've done this a few times with the Gullwing project now and got it down to a fine art.

I've used double glazing style packers as tools but they are ribbed making the job a tad harder. I work from top corner down one side and across the top. There's less rubber there and it can be out in around half the video time they show (not that it's a long time of course).

The main thing is not to let the rubber get trapped under the plastic trim or it can break it. ([emoji35]).

You may well find when you take yours out that the ally frame inside the rubber has suffered from corrosion, particularly at the base.
