replacing window seals on a colorado

The driver's side front window on my Colorado has a 2" piece of window seal missing, which I want to replace. I found a thread on the 80 section about replacing window seals which looks straightforward, are the 90 series done in the same way, can anyone tell me.

Is there anywhere other than Mr. T to get them from that folks would recommend, they seem to be pricey for a simple rubber seal, the 80 forum was quoting around £120 per window :O

Is it the square seal vertical part to the rear part of the door? I though I had a bit missing there before, but it turned out the seal had slipped down into the door. A bit of silicone spray and it pulled back up, and glued it back in place.

It looks like it's actually torn apart, the one on the other side is a single piece but I'll try pulling it up tomorrow and see if that works. Thanks.
