Roof tent removal, storage, etc.

I hadn't thought about that but it spent it's first couple of months in my ownership on its side against the garage wall and all seems fine.

If anything like mine - then side storage is risky as the damm thing has a mind of its own and will crash over as and when it feels like. This, in turn, traumatises the dog, which sneaks past the upright RTT glaring ominously and aggressively at the big white thunder that will strike for no apparent reason. Of course, the floor is tiled, and there is any number of obstacles awaiting a wheel spinning dog.....

I’ve always found a genuine Toyota forklift truck works best.

Slightly off topic I know but I will be encountering the same problem soon...

Does anyone on here have a Bundutop RTT I'm thinking of getting one and would love to hear any thoughts on them.

I'll be following this thread with interest the Bundu isn't light. But I do have lots of strong helpers here in Zimbabwe...

Love the idea of hanging it from the roof of the garage but wouldn't be able to get the car out after it was fitted..
