I just got a new 80 Cruiser and when the sunroof is closed, there is an ever so small gap (1/16th inch, 1-2 mm) I can look into between the roof and the seal around the sunroof glass. Is there a cause for concern and/or a place to get a new seal for the sunroof without having to buy the entire $450 sunroof assembly for a $7 dollar part?

Hi Ron, the seal there will never fully 'seal'. It is designed to leak. Just make sure the four drains are clear AND poking out the bodywork where they run down to (front ones) behind the front wheels and rears I think are in front of the rear wheels. Open the sunroof and gently with the car on a level surface, pour some water from a bottle or something like, down each of the four drain tubes. You should get a puddle on the drive where each tube exits. There are various posts about other areas that might leak but I have personally not had the problem.
