As some of you know I've been trying to sell the LC, had three viewers & two have been put off with the drivers seat.

So I've had it recovered.

I've had this done, although in situ. £30/seat mobile service. Followed up with plenty of leather polish and to date it has proved quite durable.

Coincidentally, I was talking to a guy the other day while on holiday who'd just had his car seats refurbished by a mobile service, also for £30. They looked good too but it was a refurb of the existing coverings, not a recover.

Yes Phil, they give it a good clean and a quick spray job. Even so I've had 2 Cruisers done now and have been pleased with the freshening up of the interior.

Andy, how mobile is your seat man, what area does he cover?

Essentially South Yorks and North Derbyshire Chas but I'm sure there are people offering the same service countrywide.

:thumbup: OK, Just done a gurgle and found one down sarf. For any other southerners who might be interested they offer a mobile service covering Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex and London;

Damn i'm happy with my seats after refurbishing and dying them myself but what a horrible time consuming job it was , in hindsight i'd have happily thrown 300 quid at these mobile fellas and just said get it sorted !
