Going to knock up the bash plates for the 100.

Whats the best thickness and material, might go a bit thinner than the ASFIR stuff and brace it a little to save on the weight. Going to do all the way from the rad back to gearbox.

That will depend on who you ask :) My transfer bash plate is 10mm steel, 6mm is too bendy and this area tents to take hard hits. My fuel tank is fairly bashed about, you might want to give yours some extra protection.
 
Paul you can have a look at mine if you want, they are ASFIR.
The only thing I would change would be stronger braces between the chassis rails, the ASFIR are aluminium and would be much better if the where some sturdy t section steel
The only other benefit I would like to see is some sort of splash guard to protect the fan
