If possible, have a look at the bottom of the tool well on each side behind the wheel arch. Incidentally there is a plastic plug at the bottom of each which can be used to release water.
If there is wet in either or both, then the very likely cause is the window frame, particularly if your window is the slider type. This can only be cured by removing all the interior trim and then removing the frame and re-sealing, especially at the bottom. If you have to do this, don't use silicone sealant -its corrosive to metal - but a body panel mastic from a car accessory shop. HTH.
