That's what they look like after a life time under the back of the 80, all the road grime, grit and salt just sits on it. I coated mine in silicon grease to protect it. It's worth service the chain winch as well, they get such little use.

Refurbished wheel looks good.

Just one thing to bear in mind Des, is that that wheel needs the cone type nuts if you want to fit it to your car in case if a puncture as its not the same as the other 4.
You need 6 of your nuts back at least ( or all of them)

Yes it will eventually go back as the spare so we will sort that when we I pop over if that's ok Andy...
