Starting noise. Stuck starter motor or abs vacuum issue?

Can anyone help diagnose here? Sounds like the starter motor doesn't disengage after start for a while. Someone suggested that the noise is actually the abs pump struggling for vacuum. Happens only when cold. Any opinions welcome. Thanks. 1VD engine 2008 VX 200 V8 diesel
