Tax rebate

I just thought I would ask if anyone else on here recieved one of the brown envelopes from the tax man saying he owed you money? I read about it a good few months back and thought knowing my luck ill be one of the few who owe him money but for the second time in 3 weeks i recieved yet another cheque in the post and according to there calculations im owed money back for every year since 2004

Don't spend it, in a few months they'll say it was a mistake and want it back, been there got the T shirt.

I got one. Turns out I paid way to much last year and they owe me money Seeing as I don't have it yet, would a threatening letter be rude? I have my red OVERDUE! stamp at the ready...
