Jon,
Is there a local blacksmith or fabricator near you I would have thought
Ireland is swimming with them? You could work out a design and go to a
local blacksmith and discus your requirements with him or her. It could be
made from weld mesh and bound by angle iron or box section. You could
include things like hinges so to make it possible to access the cargo area
from inside. It could perhaps be made to enable positioning in different
places, things like that. I should not think it would cost that much to
approach it that way.

Hi Guys
Yes its me again with another question.
I have been looking at a reasonable way to get a removeable cargo barrier
for my cruiser but it seems very expensive just for a piece of wire.
Do any of you know where to get one for less than the milfords one, would a
steel work shop be able to make one or am I dreaming again.
Its just thoughts of France are coming up again and with that are the
thoughts of a boot full of wine to last a long while.
Thanks

I have the Toyota dog guard that is sturdy enough =C2=A380 on ebay, but =C2=A3190 new.
You should be able to get a local welding shop to make you one for not much.
Cheers,
Julian

Hi Julian
I have a dog guard but feel it is too easly moved at times, how would you
make a cargo barrier secure , bolt to the floor and or into the sides or
roof, I dont know Maybe some one does. Does any one know how the milfords
barrier is secured.
Thanks

Hi Brendan
Thanks for the link on the cargo barrier just the thing I was looking for. I
could not find an e-mail address for him any where on the linked pages. He
knew what he was doing unlike me if I was to invest in one of those or some
thing similar. Is there any one of interest you dont know. It really makes
me envious of all the fun you guys can have over the pond, just set out and
to end up some where where you can use your cruiser in the great out doors,
o yes and to be able to camp if you want.
