I bought yesterday (delivered today) two 120a alternators (one to install and one spare) and a starter motor (spare) for my 80 from The Starter Motor and Alternator company,

I spoke to a very helpful chap who checked compatibility using my reg number, each alternator was £120 and the starter motor was £150, all + vat = £468 + each item on it's own would have been £15 delivery, a total of £513, but I was pleasantly surprised to pay only £405 inc P&P
I was only charged one P&P and the three items were discounted by a total of £65. Now let's hope they are better than Milner
but they were a lot cheaper than Milner and masses cheaper than Toyota. They look like good quality, but the proof of the pudding is in the eating, I'll report on back any failures.
