Turbo upgrade 1kz-te

What turbo do you prefer on a turbo upgrade on 1kz-te? Garrett or Holset? around 200 Hp+ i think. have to da mounted intercooler. will have the engine chipped and the engine head ported.

If I recall he was a little disappointed in the outcome. That chip he fitted made quite a difference though.
