well done Anna i truly wish i had taken notice when they were trying to teach me how to read music in school

I was still in junior school when a lodger as his leaving gift gave me his very old and small guitar though it was to big for me , unfortunately it only had two strings and with no means to get any more i introduced that guitar to every single visitor to the house for the best part of a year praying someone would take it upon themselves to help out (it was impolite to ask). Finally on christmas eve a crowd turned up from the pub roaring drunk and a guy who carried a spare set strung and tuned it for me. It was gone in the morning

Well done young lady, as the old saying goes Practise Practise & more Practise. i used to tinkle the ivory's a bit, just played by ear, couldn't read all them funny squiggles dots & lines but i could get em singing in the local pub, however since losing me pinkies i can't play now.
No, I thought it was a nice idea, music by the fireside. Just seeing a fire has a real therapeutic, calming effect.
Maybe we'll be seeing Ana on Romania's Got Talent in a few years time.
Hope its not a thread jack but kids do make us smile and i have just been informed with absolute authority by our grandson who is 3 next week that we are nanny and bampy truck as apposed to his grandparents on his fathers side who are nanny and bampy train as they live near the train station![]()
