Usual Rust Traps 100 Series

I've had little success in finding a list of known rust traps to look for when buying a 100. One area I have been able to find is the rear tail gate seams. Are there any others that I should know of so I can point my magnet in the right place. I also understand the rear a/c pipes are often corroded. Are there any other non-body panels or sub-frame areas that I need to be aware of?

Thanks in advance

RHS cavity behind the rear wheel can get water trapped and corrode through from the inside but the N/S does not suffer so badly as usually the build up of dirt is diesel soaked. Also large deposits of mud collect behind the mud flaps so be prepared to take those off and clean them out ( as I have just done). Also I have seen 100's ( usually older ones) with corrosion round the front and rear wheel arches if the inside of the arches haven't been cleaned.
Hope this helps.

Andy

I think we could add:
rear tailgate lower seams
rear air conditioning pipes
rear cross member/where the tow ball is mounted
